The New York State Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NY MEP) assists small and mid-sized manufacturers in becoming more competitive. Why Work with MTEC?
The MTEC Manufacturing Accelerator Academy is offered to provide a resource to businesses looking to scale up their capacity to meet the next challenges of growing a manufacturing business in the Mid-Hudson Valley using the expertise, relationships and resources of the (MTEC) Manufacturing and Technology Enterprise Center and the (NYMEP) Manufacturing Extension Partnership of New York.
This FREE program is designed for early start-up businesses in the Mid-Hudson Valley (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties). It can help businesses bring a product to market or grow their sales and production. Participation is limited to 10 businesses at no cost, and applicants must complete an application and business profile survey.
The program includes nine sessions, with Weeks 1 and 9 being mandatory. Participants must attend at least 7 sessions to receive a certificate and a chance to pitch your business to a panel of judges for a chance for a financial award.
